Sometimes, storms mean you are on track. Having a storm sometimes means you are not doing anything. It was when Jesus was crossing to the other side with his disciples that the storms began.
Every storm is made of wind and water.
The Bible says before Jesus calmed the storm, he dealt with two things :
1.The wind( which represents the realm of the spirit.. )
2.Water.(refers to men or multitudes).
This means, there has to be a spiritual dimension and human partnership to make a storm real.
We know this because when Jesus got to the other side, he encountered a man and spirits (legion)
This means anytime humans go through storms, it is sponsored by a spiritual agency and men. Every storm is made of wind and water.
Jesus teaches us how to calm storms.. Every time there is a storm, it may mean you are moving forward. Jesus didn’t go back.. He calmed the storm. The first thing he did was to rebuke the wind. Behind everybody there is a spirit component to it. Behind every situation, there is a spirit component to it. Sometimes going back is not an option . Many people focus only on the raging water, but ignore the wind behind it.

FOLLOWERS OF THEM (The Advantage of Models & Patterns) – Apostle Joshua Selman (Koinonia Abuja)
PRINCIPLES OF PROFITABLE FOLLOWERSHIP
1. Profitable followership demands genuine connection and followership. Never follow an individual you cannot truly be committed and loyal to; it is a disservice to yourself.
2. Followership becomes profitable only when the learner or the follower remains a student. (Luke 6:40)
3. Profitable followership must factor in the limitations of the vessels that they follow. Never expect godlike perfection from the people you follow, you will be disappointed.
Guiding Principle for Models, References, and Pioneers:
_
All models must remain students themselves and never have an arrival mentality. The way models remain models is by continuing to be students while being models.
_
Humility is an antidote for shame and embarrassment.
THIS IS THE GENERATION: THE MAKING OF MIGHTY MEN BY Apostle Joshua Selman
What will make our generation different from other generations is not merely our prayers, fasting, or spiritual activities, it is a product of humility, alignment, and through an election of grace, that we receive delivery of the supernatural power of God from the realm of the Spirit, where it resides to the realm on earth where it is needed.
In essence, we do not pay the price Jesus Christ has already paid for us on the cross, we pay the price of alignment to receive delivery of what has been paid for.
