“Cisco say something! Allison snapped when he stood between them like a statue not saying a word. “I didn’t hear her call you names,” he replied.

“What? Even a deaf heard what she said perfectly,” Allison stated. “You must be the deaf one here because we hear perfectly,” Thea retorted

“You little!” Allison raised her hand to hit her but Cisco caught it in mid-air, Thea was surprised and Allison was taken aback.

“You don’t walk into my house without a notice and attack my friend!” He snapped letting go of her hand. “Friend?” Allison repeated as if she heard wrong, since when does he have a friend? That was the thought that ran through Allison’s head.

“Your friend? Since when do you keep friends.., no since when do you have female friends?” Allison asked.

“Since when am I not allowed to have one?” He questioned back. “Let’s talk about this somewhere else,” she said trying to pull him away.

“Where Ally? This is the perfect place to have this discussion,” he stated. “No, we possibly can’t talk in front of her,” she said and rolled her eyes at Thea.

“We can discuss whatever it is in her presence,” he stated and Allison got furious. “Are you cheating on me with her?! She yells.

“Cheat? Hey have a brain, will you? Do we look like a couple to you? Even if your brain isn’t working I believe your eyes are,” Thea snapped at her.

“Francisco!” Allison screamed. “Tell this girl to leave, I’m your girlfriend and she is just a friend! I should be more important to you!” She whined like a kid and Thea could not help but laugh.

“You should see yourself in the mirror, you look like a kid whose candy was stolen by her classmates,” Thea mocked.

“Did you just call a kid? How can you stand here Cisco and watch this..” Allison stared at her from head to toe disgustingly. “This disgusting-looking girl rain insult on me, how can you!” She queried.

“Don’t cry, we have no candy, not chocolate to give you,” Thea said with feigned concern. “You both should stop this!” Cisco snapped.

“This is going to stop only when she leaves this house,” Allison replied Cisco and folded her arms under her breast.

“Too bad that ain’t going to happen, princess, I live here,” Thea replied and Allison’s anger grew, she tightened her fist and wished she could use it on Thea.

“You live here? In this mansion?” She asked to verify what she heard but the wish wasn’t true. “Yes, so you are the visitor who needs to leave not me,” Thea replied.

“Francisco, you live with another woman?” She asked him on the verge of tears, she was hurt beyond words could explain.

She never thought he would have the thought of looking at another woman, they might claim that nothing is going on between them but that is far from the truth.

“How could you Cisco?” She asked hitting his chest, he held her hands and she stared at him right in the face. “What drama are you acting? Wanna become an actress now?” He questioned her and she stared at him as if he had suddenly grown three heads.

“We are not a couple of the year, why are you acting as if you care if I sleep with another woman?” He questioned. “We might not be a couple of the year but we should remain faithful,” she wanted to yell at him but she suddenly lost the energy to do so, she must have drained her energy by trying not to break down.

“Faithful? This is an arranged relationship! Have you suddenly forgotten that?” He asked and she kept mute. “Keep it in that head of yours that we are both free to do whatever we want,” he spat and let go of her hand, she staggered a little but he didn’t give a damn.

He turned to Thea and said. “Let’s head upstairs.” She nodded and ordered Fiona. “Fiona, show her the way out when she is done.”

“Yes ma’am,” Fiona replied and they went upstairs, Thea held in her laughter as they climbed the stairs. Allison hoped it was all a dream and nothing was real, was she stupid for pretending not to care?

Maybe If she told Cisco how she feels about him, he would not hurt her. She stared at them until they vanished, she charged towards the stairs but Fiona stopped her by spreading her arms.

“Out of my way this instant!” Allison yell. “You are not allowed to go upstairs, Ma’am Thea asked me to help you use the front door not the stairs,” she replied.

“Ma’am Thea? That girl is nothing but a whore, you should take orders from me not the other way round!” She screamed.

“You are going to ruin your lungs if you keep this up,” Fiona uttered trying her best not to be rude but Allison was just too much.

“How dare you speak to me rudely? Aren’t you a maid? Do you know who I am?” She questioned. “As long as you don’t live in this house and you are not Mr. Kings or ma’am Thea’s guest you are nobody,” Fiona replied.

“I will come back and when I do you will regret speaking to me in such man,” Allison uttered angrily and left the house.

Cisco was sited on the bed while Thea was on the couch, they have not said a word since they got to the room.

Cisco was angry and happy that he is slowly putting Allison in her place, he wondered what prompt her to visit him, she has never been to his house but she suddenly showed up that night.

“What’s going through your mind?” Thea asked breaking the long silence. “Nothing,” he replied.

“Nothing? You have been staring into space and you suddenly say nothing? I don’t believe you,” she said and there was a short silence again. “Are you mad at yourself for hurting your girlfriend’s feelings? It isn’t too late you can…,” he interrupted her. “I’m not mad at myself and there is no way I’m going to take back anything I said out there.”

“Okay, I was just curious ’cause you have been quiet since she left,” she replied. “Come,” he said and tap the space beside him, she went ahead and sat on the bed beside him.

He rested his head on her shoulder and closed his eyes. “Sing me a lullaby,” he requested.

“A lullaby?” She asked and he nodded his head gently, she sang him two lullabies and helped him sleep properly when she was done.

“Good night,” she whispered in his ear before heading to her room, Mavis’s call came through immediately after she got into her room.

“Hey bestie,” Thea uttered with excitement as she placed the phone in her ear. “Hey, just finished dinner,” Mavis said.

“Glad you got home safely,” Thea replied. “How is Mr. Kings,” Mavis asked as Thea collapsed on my bed.

“His girlfriend dropped by,” Thea started. “His girlfriend? As in Allison?” She asked and Thea nodded my head as if she can see her before saying. “Yes.”

“Is she beautiful in real life? Geez, it’s your fault I didn’t get to meet her, I should have stayed,” Mavis complained. “She is beautiful and unbelievably rude,” Thea replied.

“Allison is rude?” She asked. “Yeah, I could have beaten her to a pulp if not for Cisco,” she uttered angrily and rolled her eyes at nothing.

“You wanted to beat Allison? Are you sure you still wanna walk freely?” Mavi asked. “She was a rude girl, and I found out something,” She replied.

“Something? What is that?” Mavis inquired excitedly. “She and Cisco are not in a love relationship, their relationship was arranged,” Thea blurted.

“Arranged relationship? That explains lot of things,” Mavis mumbled. “I know, right but Allison is head over heels for Cisco, I think the arranged relationship of a thing was her doing,” she stated.

“Head over heels? I don’t think Allison likes him, she turned him down remember?” Mavis asked. “I know it’s strange but that was my observation, Allison is begging for Cisco’s attention,” Thea uttered mockingly.

“Could they be like that because she turned him down?” Mavis asked. “I am not sure but Allison is the desperate one,” she replied.

“Are you making up stories because you like Mr. Kings?” Mavis asked and Thea felt her heart skip a beat, the feeling so fast did she could not tell what it was exactly she felt.

“What are you blabbering? I told you I don’t like Cisco!” Thea snapped. “This will be your first time in love so I don’t expect you to know how it works,” Mavis replied.

“Yeah, you don’t! I feel sleepy, let’s talk tomorrow,” Thea said and cut the call immediately.

“I don’t love Cisco! Mavis is blurting nonsense,” Thea muttered and covered herself with the duvet.
