Cisco looked at his clothes in disgust, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath before raising his head to look at Thea.
Thea wiped her mouth with the back of her hand and fell weakly on the bed. “I’m sorry,” she apologized.
“Just get some rest,” he suggested and she closed her eyes gently, Cisco covered her with the duvet before heading to the bathroom, he took off his clothes and threw them in the bathtub, and he cleaned his body afterward.
He wrapped wiped his body with a towel and headed to his room, he changed his clothes and went back to her room.
He checked her temperature and it was normal, he wiped her face and arm with warm water before covering her with the duvet again.
He took his phone and called Dr. Malcolm, he told him to calm down and that he would visit the next morning.
Cisco sat on the bed and watched her sleep peacefully. “She looks cute, despite being sick,” he muttered and pat her hair backward.

Mavis was about to leave her apartment when she heard the doorbell. “Who is it?” She asked as she fixed her hair.
“My name is Vin I am a friend of Thea,” he replied. “Thea? I don’t remember her having a friend named Vin,” she mumbled as she walked to the door.
“Good Morning,” Vin greeted with a smile. “Morning,” Mavis answered.
“Is Thea in?” He asked. “No, she doesn’t live here anymore,” she informed him.
“Since when?” He asked. “I guess you are not a close friend of hers, she lives with her boss,” Mavis told him.
“Her boss?” He asked. “Yes, who exactly are you?” Mavis asked.
“I am her suitor,” he blurted. ‘He is the rich guy, I must admit that he is cute,’ Mavis thought.
“Can I get her address?” Vin asked Mavis wanted to reply to him but she got a call so she was distracted. “Excuse me,” she said before picking up her phone.
“I’m sorry but I have to leave you can just call her,” Mavis rushed her words as she hurried back into the house and picked up her bag.
“Call her,” she told him and rushed into the elevator. “Why would she live with her boss?” Vin asked no one with a hint of jealousy.
He took his phone and dialed Thea’s number but it was not going through. “I have class in the next forty minutes, I’ll try calling her again later,” he mumbled and walked towards the elevator, he waited for the elevator to open.

“Daddy, can we drop by uncle Cisco’s house on my way to school?” Flora asked Greg. They were done having breakfast and they were waiting for Octavia in the living room.
“Why do you want us to drop by his house?” Greg questioned back. “He couldn’t come to my birthday and I am worried about him,” she replied with a sad pout.
“He must be busy,” he told her. “I still want to check up on him,” she replied.
“I am running late for work Flora, we will visit him later,” he assured her. “No, I don’t want us to visit later, I want to see him now!” She whined.
“Don’t be a cry baby Flora, I and Cisco are busy men, we are not even assured he will be at home by this time of the day,” He said.
“Come on dad! Dropping by his house won’t hurt,” she said. “No Flora, just call him if you are worried about him,” he suggested.
“I don’t want to!!” She cried and Octavia walked in at that moment. “What’s going on here? Why is Flora crying?” Octavia asked.
“Daddy doesn’t want me to visit uncle cisco,” she cried. ” Why did you do that?” Octavia questioned Greg.
“I can’t possibly go to Cisco’s house this morning, I’m going to be late for work,” Greg stated hoping his wife would understand him and speak to their daughter on his behalf.
“You can drop her there, Cisco will take her to school,” Octavia suggested. “Does she need to see him this morning?” Greg asked.
“I have to,” Flora replied. “Fine, I will take you there,” Greg surrendered.
“And say Hi to him,” Flora added before picking up her bag. “No,” Greg snapped.
“Why? He is your brother, you should check up on him,” Flora said. “He is fine, I see no reason why I should check up on him,” Greg replied.
“He missed my party, there is no way he is fine. I am his favorite niece,” she stated. “You are the only niece he has,” Octavia said and took her hand.
“That is right,” she agreed and they walked out of the house. ‘Why do I need to see him?’ Greg groaned inwardly as he followed them.
“Will mommy visit uncle Cisco too?” Flora asked. “No I have to be somewhere important, sorry princess,” Octavia apologized as they got into the car.
“It’s fine, I’ll just send your regards,” Flora said and Greg frowned. “Why not send my regards to him too?” Greg asked and ignited the car.
“I would have but he won’t believe me,” Flora replied. “Why? Are you not his favorite niece, he should believe everything you say,” he said.
“Yeah but he isn’t a dummy, you are not his best buddy so he won’t believe me if I told him you send your regards,” she said.
“Which is why you guys should make up soon,” Flora added. “Can we change this conversation?” Greg requested trying to keep his cool.
“Why do you hate uncle Cisco dad? He is a nice person and he doesn’t hold grudges,” Flora said.
“I told you to change the topic, Flora!” He growled and she held her bag tightly in fear. “Greg,” Octavia called trying to communicate to him through her eyes but he stared away.
“Tell her not to push her luck,” he stated in anger. “How can you be like this? This moment you are nice the next you are not, try to control yourself around our daughter,” she retorted.
“I don’t want to listen to you,” he stated with his gaze fixed on the road, Flora sniffed back her tears as watched her father’s scary expression through the reverse mirror.

“Thanks,” Cisco appreciated Fiona as he collect the tray of food from her, Thea requested cereal when she woke up.
“I will get her a glass of warm water,” Fiona told Cisco and left, he took the tray into the room, he was on his way out when he bumped into Fiona.
“Breakfast is here,” Cisco informed her and moved to the edge of the bed, she had already taken her bath and she was dressed in a pink gown.
“Thanks,” she appreciated. “Do you still feel dizzy?” He asked. “It isn’t as severe as it was when I woke up,” she replied.
“Malcolm will be here soon,” he assured and she nodded. “Should I feed you?” He asked.
“No, I can feed myself,” she replied and he gave her the spoon. She was couldn’t eat much when she dropped the spoon, she drank the warm water Fiona brought.
“Are you full?” He asked and she nodded. “Do you feel nausea?” He panicked when she folded her lips.
“No my head just hurt,” she replied and he touched her forehead to check her temperature. “You are burning up again,” he complained.
“I’ll be fine if I lie down,” she told him moving back into bed. “You have a guest sir,” Fiona informed Cisco.
“That must be Malcolm, be patient okay,” he said and turned to Fiona. “Stay with her,” he ordered her and left.
“It is cold,” Thea complained. “I’ll close the windows,” Fiona said and rushed to the window.
“Uncle!” Flora yell as she rushed into his arms. “What brings you here? Aren’t you suppose to be in school?” Cisco asked.
“You didn’t attend my party yesterday,” she complained instead. “Oh, that!” He blurted.
“Yes that,” she replied and folded her arms under her breast. “Something came up so I had to stay at home, I will make it up to you,” he promised.
“I believe you,” she replied. “Tell me, was your party fun? Did you receive lots of gifts?” Cisco asked.
“I guess it was fun,” she shrugged. “Why the sour look?” Cisco inquired.
“It would have been much fun with you,” she said. “I’ll make it up to you,” he repeated.
“Who brought you here?” Cisco asked. “It’s my daddy, he’s in the car,” she replied.
“You should head to school now,” he said and held her tiny wrist, they chatted as they walked towards the car.
“Why did you stay outside?” Cisco questioned Greg. “Why would I go in?” He questioned back.
“Is my house scary?” Cisco asked with a smirk. “Maybe,” he replied.
“Are you going to fight?” Flora asked no one in particular but cisco replied. “No princess, I don’t like fighting.”
“What are you insinuating?” Greg asked with a glare at Cisco.
