“What did you do?” Fiona asked as tears dropped from her eyes, Allison was trembling as her eyes glued on Thea who was in her pool of blood.

“Ma’am Thea,” Fiona called as she rushed downstairs and tried touching her but she couldn’t.

“What are we going to do?” Allison asked fearfully behind her and she glared at her

“What do you mean by us?” Fiona inquired standing up, Allison blinked her eyes repeatedly as if she has suddenly gone deaf.

“This is all on you, you pushed her. I am calling the cops,” Fiona said and made to leave but Allison pulled her back.

“You can’t do that,” Allison said and shook her head repeatedly. “Why can’t I?” She questioned back.

“It is going to be the end of me, I am a celebrity, this can’t happen. We…., we can just say she…., umm…, fell, yeah she fell on her own,” Allison said only to be slapped by Fiona.

“How can you come up with such a hideous lie? I wonder if that tongue of yours has ever spoken the truth, I am going to bell the truth,” Fiona said and released herself from her grip.

“You can’t do that, please don’t,” She pleaded and rushed after her.

“What is going on here?” Vin asked and they stopped to look at him.

“Mr. Kings,” Fiona called and he walked closer, his attention was on them so he didn’t notice Thea’s unconscious body.

“Vin…. W-what are you doing here?” Allison stuttered. “This is my brother’s house,” He replied.

“Mr. Kings,” Fiona called and pointed at Thea’s body.

“Thea!!” Vin screamed and rushed towards her, he squat beside her and held her shoulder as he shook her vigorously.

“Call an ambulance!!” Vin yell and Fiona did while Allison watched nervously.

Vin carried her and rushed out of the mansion with Fiona behind him.

“Should I leave? No… No that will make me look like a criminal, I should follow him,” she muttered and went after them.

Mavis came back late from work and that pissed her off, she got home already tired and tried to make dinner but everything got burnt making her day worse.

She is sited in a restaurant waiting for her order, she stared outside and lets out a deep sigh.

“I wish I had a handsome prince to fight over me,” she muttered as her mind drifted to Thea, she has not heard from her in a week or more.

She picked up her phone and dialed Thea’s number, it ranged but she didn’t pick up.

“What is wrong with her?” She wondered and dialed her number again, but she still didn’t pick up.

“Your order ma’am,” the waiter said and dropped the plate of food on the table while she smiled at him.

She pulled the plate closer and was about to eat when she noticed a familiar figure, she stared at the stranger intently.

“Ohh!” She exclaimed when she realized it was the man who helped her the night she was almost raped.

“Excuse me,” she stopped him and he looked at her confusedly, he had probably forgotten about her.

“I’m Mavis the girl you saved the other night,” she introduced herself. “Good to see you again,” he said and tried to walk away but she stopped him.

“I’m alone,” she said and pointed at the table. “I am not alone though,” he replied.

“Is he with his wife? Could he really be married? What am I going to do if he’s here with his wife? Will she beat me up for flirting with her husband? Can today get any worse?” Tons of questions ran through her head as the smile on her face slowly disappeared.

“Meet my daughter, Flora Kings,” Greg introduced the little girl beside him.

“Hi miss,” Flora waved at him. ‘He is married with a daughter,’ Mavis thought sadly.

“I’m Mavis,” she replied. “Excuse us,” Greg said and walked away.

“He was married,” Mavis mumbled and started at the food with a sad expression.

‘Lost your appetite?’ Her subconscious asked mockingly. She rolled her eyes mentally and left the restaurant.

“He introduced the girl as Flora King, could he be related to Francisco kings?!” Mavis gasped and dialed Thea’s number again but she was still not picking up.

She rushed home and lock the door behind her, she searched online about Francisco Kings.

Fortunately, she found something related to him, she smiled and zoom in on the picture.

“He is Francisco’s elder brother!” She exclaimed, she zoomed in on his wife’s picture and she smiled sadly.

“She is much prettier than me,” she mumbled. “I suck in love,” she uttered and rested her back on the couch.

“If only Thea would pick her up, I am always there when she needs me but she is not here when I need her,” Mavis mumbled.

It has been hours since they have been waiting outside the Emergency Room, the doctor said her condition was not serious but she needs enough rest.

Fiona called Cisco and he got there as soon as he could, Mr. and Mrs. Kings were present too

Mr. Kings has no idea who the girl is but he overheard Vin inform his mom that Allison pushed her.

He came purposely because of Allison, Cisco stood up and took slow steps toward the emergency room.

He does that every ten minutes, he ran his hand through his hair and his eyes caught the doctor that was walking towards them.

The doctor went into the ward with two nurses, Cisco stood by the door hoping to get a glimpse of what was going on or to eavesdrop on whatever it is they were talking about.

The doctor opened the door and luckily for Cisco, it was pulled from inside not pushed, the doctor gestured at him to come inside and he did.

Everyone outside stood up and rushed to the door, the only people who didn’t move were Mr. Kings and guilty-struck Allison.

“How did this happen and who the heck is that girl?” Mr. Kings asked. “It was a mistake, I had no intention of hurting her,” Allison replied fearfully.

“Mistake? Cisco is no doubt going to have your head if something happens to that girl,” he said and she shook her head vigorously.

It was enough that he doesn’t want to be in a relationship with her, she could still remember vividly how scary his eyes were when he spoke to her earlier that day.

He won’t just have her head, he is going to give her body to the demon, she rubbed her palms against each other as she felt sweaty out of the blue.

“You should pray to the heavens she gets better,” he said and stood up, he stared at her and shoot his head sideways before leaving.

While in the Emergency Room the doctor explained Thea’s condition to Cisco, she was out of danger but she was still unconscious and they can’t state when she will be conscious.

“She is not in a coma or vegetative state is she?” He asked and the doctor nodded negatively.

“No, just unconscious which is why we need you guys to stay away from the room,” he said and Cisco nodded.

Now that he knows how Thea is feeling, he knows the perfect punishment Allison deserves.

Fiona explained everything to him in joy

“Thanks, doctor,” he appreciated and left the room, he was surprised to meet everyone at the door.

“How is she?”
“Is she going to be fine?”
“What did the doctor say?”
“Can we see her?” They all asked at a time and one could tell that they are all worried.

“I appreciate your concern but she needs enough space,” he said and walked away from them.

Allison was trembling at that moment she wished she was invisible, Cisco reached for her hand and held it

Everyone knew it was not going to be fun. “Walk with me,” Cisco said and walked away with her.

“She is doomed,” Mrs. Kings muttered and Vin sighed.

“I will try and talk to him,” Vin said but Mrs. Kings held his wrist. “Let him be,” she said and he nodded.

Allison was on the verge of tears as she walked beside Cisco, he was taking her to the rooftop and she wondered what he was going to do with her.

Is he going to push her? Is he willing to become a murderer for Thea?

“What was your motive for doing that?” He asked jolting her thought.

“Cisco,” she called and he let go of her, he took a few steps away from her and she scratch her head as she tried to come up with the best lie.

“Do you think I will love you once she is gone?” He asked and turned to face her.

“No, no…. I didn’t mean to hurt her,” she said. “Of course it was a mistake,” he scoffed.

“The same mistake can repeat itself right?” He asked with a smirk.
