Seven minutes later, Dr. Malcolm was sited on the couch with Fiona putting ice on his head, he fell with a great thud.

“Does your head still hurt?” Thea asked with concern. “Not really,” he replied.

“I feel guilty, I am sorry for startling you,” Chloe apologized. “Why are you apologizing?” Dr. Malcolm asked.

“You passed out because you saw me so it’s only natural if I apologize,” she replied.

“Don’t, it’s nice to meet you in person and to know you are alive, I am Malcolm by the way and I am his doctor,” he introduced and gestured at Cisco when he said the last part.

“I am Chloe Cruz,” she replied. “I am running late for work,” Cisco said and headed upstairs.

He walked downstairs a few minutes later dressed. “Can you spare me a minute?” Dr. Malcolm asked and he nodded.

“Thanks,” he appreciated Fiona who smiled in return. “I will take this to the kitchen ma’am,” Fiona informed Thea before leaving.

Cisco and Dr. Malcolm went to the swimming pool. “How is she alive?” Was Dr. Malcolm’s first question.

“She was saved by someone,” he replied. “What are you going to do?” Dr. Malcolm asked

“Do? I don’t understand,” Cisco said with a confused expression.

“Chloe, aren’t you in love with her?” Dr. Malcolm asked. “I was in the past but now, I am in love with Thea and I am cured which means she does not affect me,” he answered.

“Are you sure? You fell in love with Thea because she was a replacement for Chloe, don’t you think there is a possibility you will fall in love with her again?” Dr. Malcolm asked.

Cisco dipped his hands into his pocket and exhale, he stared at the water for so long and turn to Dr. Malcolm.

“I won’t let that happen, the last thing I want to do is hurt Thea. I will stay away from Chloe if that is what it takes to prevent my feelings from resurfacing,” he replied.

“I am hoping you will be fine,” he pat his shoulder lightly and went back to the living room while Cisco followed shortly.

“Babe, I am leaving,” Cisco informed Thea and she nodded, he went to kiss her before heading towards the door.

“I will take my leave too,” Chloe uttered and followed Cisco.

“Francisco!” Chloe ran after him and he stopped. “Hey,” he smiled.

“Can I come with you?” She asked. “I am going to work Chloe,” he reminded.

“I know, I want to talk to you concerning that too,” she said and hop into his car without his permission.

“Chl…” He ran his hand through his hair frustratedly, she is still the same.

“Let’s go,” she said and he wore his seatbelt, he ignited the car and drove away.

“You look handsome,” she compliments. “Thanks,” he replied.

Wanting to get rid of the boredom he asked. “Does Greg know you are alive?”

“No, you were the first person I thought of when I got here,” she replied.

He hummed and concentrated on the road, he and Greg will finally be okay once he knows about Chloe.

That was Cisco’s thought as he drove, Chloe couldn’t take her eyes off him. He was her first love and she prayed he will be her last, she needs to get him to love him.

“Can I work for you?” She asked. “For me? What do you mean?” He asked sparing her a glance.

“It’s hard to get a job and I don’t want to continue living off my brother, you understand me don’t you?” She asked.

“I do, but there is no vacancy in my company I can get you a job somewhere else,” he suggested.

“No, I don’t want to work somewhere else. I want to work right next to do,” she pouted childishly and her beauty stunned.

“But there is no vacancy, Chloe,” he stated. “Create one,” she blurted.

“Chloe,” he called surprised at her new attitude and she looked away, maybe she isn’t different after all.

“I will get you a job,” he said. “If it isn’t in your company I don’t want it,” she stated.

He opened his mouth to speak but no words came out of it, he diverted his gaze to the road and no one said a word.

Flora sat on an armchair staring at the TV, she was not watching but staring. She missed her dad, he might not be the father of the year but she missed him.

“Hey sweetie,” Octavia smiled as she walked in with a maid who went straight to the kitchen.

“Flora, aren’t you happy that I am home?” Octavia asked but still got no response. “Princess,” she tapped her lightly and she flinched.

“What is wrong with you? Did something happen at school?” She inquired worriedly.

“Welcome mommy,” she greeted curtly. “That is not an answer to my question, Flora. Why were you staring into space? Did you fight with someone?!”

Mrs. Kings walked out of her room, she was disturbed at why Octavia was scolding Flora.

“Answer me!” She snapped but Flora didn’t flinch. “What is going on here?” Mrs. Kings inquired as she walked closer.

“It’s Flora, mom,” Octavia answered. “It’s obvious,” she replied

“She refused to answer my question,”

“What question?” Mrs. Kings asked. “I asked what was wrong with her, she was staring into space when I came in,” she answered.

“Come here, sweetheart,” Mrs. Kings gestured and she stood up, she went to her, and Mrs. Kings carried her.

“Talk to Grandma, is something the problem?”

“I miss my daddy,” she blurted and the room went silent. “I am a sorry mommy, but I miss daddy,” she sobbed

Octavia moved closer and squat beside her. “Why are you sorry princess?”

“Because daddy hurt you, I am not supposed to miss him,” she replied.

“Hey, you are allowed to miss him because he is your father, don’t feel guilty,” she wiped her tears and Mrs. Kings hugged her.

“It’s fine sweetie, everything will work out soon,” she assured patting her hair.

“Would you like to go out, tell mommy where you want to go?” Octavia said.

“Grandma will come along too,” Mrs. Kings added. “Are we going somewhere?” Vin asked walking into the house.

“Yes, Flora is bored and we are taking her out,” Mrs. Kings answered and he moved closer, he carried Flora who wrapped her arms around him.

“Where are we going?” He asked. “Can grandpa come with us?” Flora asked.

“He is asleep,” Mrs. Kings replied. “I wish he could come with us,” she muttered sadly.

“Don’t be sad, we will take pictures and show them to him. You can get him a gift too,” Vin suggested.

“Let’s go to the museum then,” Flora blurted. “We are in,” Vin smiled and she pecked him.

“I will get dressed,” Mrs. Kings said and went into her room.

Thea placed her phone on her ear as she waited for Mavis to pick up, she was sited by the window in her room.

“Hey sweetie,” she said as she picked up. “Hey,” she answered.

“How are you and your boyfriend?” Mavis teased. “We are cool, we made up,” she replied with a blush as she remembered their hot session.

Mavis would have teased her if she was there at the moment. “I am glad you guys are fine, I think I will have Cruz head one of these days,” Mavis said.

“Why? Did he hurt you? Is he hitting on you?” Thea rushed her inquiries.

“He is trying to hit on me but I will have his balls if he crosses a line,” she replied.

“That’s my girl,” Thea smiled. “I saw Vin earlier too, he dropped me off at work,” she informed Thea.

“Humm,” was Thea’s response. “Is something wrong? I am not hitting on me nor is he making advancement so you don’t have to worry about us being sister-in-laws,” Mavis joked.

“Francisco ex,” Thea started. “He has an ex?!” Mavis exclaimed

“Yeah, she died five years ago,” she added. “Oh, why do you sound bothered? She is no threat if she is dead,” Mavis stated.

“Well maybe but she came back this morning,” Thea blurted.

“A ghost visited you guys! Wait, ghosts actually exist? This is unbelievable! Are you guys okay? She didn’t possess anyone did she?” Mavis babbled.

“Calm down Mavis, ghosts don’t exist, she visited us as humans,” Thea stated. “She possessed someone?” Mavis asked.

“No, she is alive,” Thea said and there was silence at the other end. “Mavis are you there?”

“Now that is trouble,” Mavis sighed. “What does she want?”

“I don’t know, she is alive and healthy. She looks cute too, she was nice to me,” Thea said.

“Do you think Cisco still has feelings for her?” Mavis asked. “I don’t know,” she replied honestly.

“And her?” Mavis asked. “I am not sure either,” Thea muttered.

“She bothers you doesn’t she?” Mavis asked.
