Allison looked at Mr. Kings as if he lost his reasoning, he shook his head repeatedly and muttered.
“You can’t leave Cisco, you have to keep dating him”
Allison scoffed and asked. “Why can’t I?”
“Because it isn’t our deal,” he replied. “Deal? I forgot we had one… Long Ago,” stressing the word long ago Mr. Kings frowned deeply.
“You are pulling my legs, aren’t you?” He chucked. “No, I was obsessed with your son but not anymore. He is free to date whoever he wants I no longer give a damn. My life is beautiful without him anyway,” she flipped her hair backward and walked to the mirror.
She touched her face fondly and Mr. Kings smirk. “Do you think your life will still be better if I expose your little dark secret?”
“You still hold onto that?” She scoffed and turn to face him. “What makes you think people will believe you? I can always put on an act, I will be the victim while you will be the assailant,” she laughed.
“I doubt if it will be that fun after they see this,” he showed her a picture on his phone.
Stuttering and nervously she inquired. “H… How did…, you…, get tha…?”
“Oh, this?” He returned the phone to his pocket. “Let’s call it putting an eye on you,” he smirked in satisfactory, he loved the vulnerable look she had on at that moment.
“What is your plan?” She asked softly. “Well I will upload this and want for your downfall, we will see if your life will still be better off without my son,” he replied.
“Whaty do you want?” She asked angrily. “Simple, play Francisco’s girlfriend till I give orders and your secret will be safe,” he replied.
“Why do you want me to be your son’s girlfriend? Get some other girl!” She snapped at him.
“Don’t raise your voice at me young lady!” He retorted and she drove her fingers into her hair, brushing it backward.
“Allison,” Jerry called standing by the door. “I believe our discussion is clear, I will take my leave then,” with that being said he left.
“Oh, God!” Allison collapsed on the nearest chair and Jerry rushed to her.
“Are you okay?” He asked worriedly. “I don’t know, I don’t think I will be,” she replied honestly.
“Should I cancel the shoot?” He asked. “No, it will take more than a threat to break Allison,” she said with a straight face and stood up.

“When am I leaving this place Thea?” Mrs. Robert asked sadly.
“Soon, mom. We just have to be sure you are perfectly fine,” she replied.
“I am fine, I miss your dad and I want to see him. He must be so lonely in the hospital,” she sighed. “But what can I do? I am locked in here.”
“Mom, you make it sound as if this isn’t for your own good,” Thea forced a chuckle.
“Not anymore, I am fine and I can handle your dad’s condition,” she assured.
“I know mom, things aren’t easy our there…., you know…., we will go home together once I sort some things out, that is a promise,” she assured.
“I can teach that naughty guy that hurt you a lesson you know,” Mrs.Robert uttered showing her fist.
“It would be nice, but I don’t think we need that,” she let out a sad smile.
“You denied it being relationship stress hours ago,” Mrs. Robert stated and her eyes widened. “Warned you not to lie, didn’t I?”
“You caught me,” she blurted and they laughed.
“Love has it ups and downs, I am sure you know that,” Mrs. Robert said. “You have to trust your heart.” She placed her palm on her chest.
“The heart deceives too mom,” Thea replied. “It is right most times,” she replied and pulled her into a hug.
Mrs. Robert whispered into her ears. “It’s getting late, you should go home.”
“I love you mommy,” Thea said tightening her arm around her. “More baby, I love you more,” she replied and tears rolled out of Thea’s eyes but she wiped it before it could fall on her cheek.
“Bye,” she waved and left.
Thea didn’t go to Cisco’s mansion but she went to Mavis apartment.
“Coming,” Mavis answered as she pressed the doorbell. “Bestie,” Mavis called in excitement.
“What are you doing here so….” She paused and exclaimed. “Oh, my goodness! Have you been crying? Why is your face swollen?”
“He is keeping things Mavis, he is distant,” she cried and Mavis pulled her to the couch, she made her sit and went to get her a glass of water.
“Here,” Mavis gave her the glass of water. “Thanks,” she appreciated and sip from it.
“Now, tell me what happened,” Mavis requested. “It’s Cisco,” she inhaled and continued.
“He has not been the same, he is always thinking about something or lost staring at his phone or an old picture of a girl.”
“You think he is cheating? Or he can’t forget his ex-lover?” Mavis guessed.
“I don’t know, it is confusing and he won’t open up to me no matter how hard I ask, I am confused Mavis. I feel like I am not enough and will never….” Mavis placed a finger on her lips.
“Don’t speak like that, I know it feels like your heart has been hit with a bullet and it feels like you won’t survive but you will with the right surgeon,” she said.
“You suggesting I break up with him?”
“What? No! I would never suggest that, the right surgeon to remove the bullet is the one who pulled the trigger,” she replied.
“I don’t want to see him,” Thea dropped the glass of water and hugged her knee to herself.
“You have to, that is how it works,” she said. “I don’t know, Mavis,” she muttered. “Mom wants to leave the hospital too, she wants to see dad.”
“Oh God,” Mavis gasped. “I am confused, everything is a torture,” she blurted.
Mavis consoled her and minutes later they were staring into space not saying a word.
“When are you going home?” Mavis asked. “Home? I am sleeping here,” Thea replied.
“No, you ain’t. You are going back to your boyfriend,” she stated.
“Mavis! How can you be cruel? I am hurt, I don’t want to see Cisco or I might just cut his head,” she muttered.
“You are free to, I will visit you in prison in my spare time,” Mavis said nonchalantly and Thea couldn’t help but open her mouth.
“Oh, don’t worry about your mom I will take care of her,” she added.
“I’m leaving,” Thea grabbed her phone and left the apartment. Mavis smiled in satisfaction.
Thea took a deep breath before opening the door, she prayed Cisco would be in his room or something and Fiona would be busy with something else.
She closed the door behind her and sneaked in to the house. “Welcome,” his voice sounded behind her.
“You are here,” she avoided looking in his direction as she spoke.
He walked towards her and grab her wrist. “Come,” he said and dragged her to the dining room
He pulled a chair for her to sit and she did, reluctantly. “Have some fish,” he served it on the plate in front of her.
“I prepared everything, I can cook more if you are not satisfied,” he said.
Is he kidding her? It’s like a feast right now and she dared not finish half of the food.
“What will you like to have?” He asked. “I will serve myself,” she said and picked the spoon.
She served a little amount of food and ate, it tasted good and wanted to have more but it would seemed like she forgave him
“Are you satisfied?” He asked quite surprised at the little she ate.
“Yeah and thanks,” she replied and tried to stand up but his next action rendered her speechless.
He knelt In front of her. “I am sorry Thea, please don’t break up with me,” he pleaded.
“This is not break up Francisco, this is break and it is for you. You need time to sort yourself out, you need to ko….”
He interrupted her. “I am find Thea, I promise. Please don’t give me a break, I love you and I need you.”
“Why do you need me, Francisco?” She asked staring into his eyes.
“I need you to help me,” he replied. “I can’t help you.”
“Why? Why can’t you?” He inquired hurtfully?
“Because I don’t know how, how can I give a solution when I don’t know what the problem is!” She snapped.
“I know this is hard,” he said. “Yeah, it is freaking hard!”
“I am sorry and I promise to sort things soon, but I need you. I love you Thea and I can’t imagine my life without you,” he said and she pulled him up.
“I love you too Cisco,” she replied.
